Traditional and easy

Our sourdoughs are the ideal choice for bakers who want to make traditional sourdough bread but lack appropriate space, equipment, staff or time. They make bread and pastry baking easy, efficient and flexible. In addition to it, the sourdough can readily be combined with any premix or improver. We offer our customers a range of sourdough products, as well as sourdough based acidifiers of the Kontinua brand in paste or liquid form.

Tastier, with a nicer aroma, longer-lasting

The sourdough introduces a sufficient amount of fermented flour to the dough, giving the pastry a rich taste and smell, prolonged freshness and an elastic crumb with larger pores. At the same time it gives the pastry natural protection against moulds and rope disease. We produce the sourdoughs using the method of pure natural fermentation, so that they correspond to the traditional three-stage sourdough fermentation. There are no additives in their composition.

Healthier

The sourdough is a source of soluble and insoluble fibre and helps to improve the digestion of flour. For our customers, sourdough bread is a sign of:
